Good question. Overnight oats with a ton of chia seeds! And adding spinach whenever possible. When in doubt I have always used psyllium husk.
I hope you have been loving your swims! I agree it is becoming the next “thing” in aestheticized exercise - the ultimate offline workout, in a way…..
